tongwd was founded with a single purpose: to give Indonesian players access to a world-class online betting and casino experience that is fast, fair, transparent, and built around local needs. Here is our story.
tongwd was established by a team of gaming industry veterans and technology specialists who had spent years watching Indonesian players underserved by platforms built for other markets. The deposits were slow, the customer support spoke no Bahasa Indonesia, the odds were uncompetitive, and the game catalogues were outdated. tongwd was our answer to every one of those frustrations — a platform conceived from day one with the Indonesian bettor at the absolute center of every design decision.
Today, tongwd serves over two million registered members across the Indonesian archipelago — from the business districts of Jakarta and Surabaya to the shores of Bali and the vibrant streets of Medan and Makassar. We offer sports betting on BRI Liga 1, the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League, and FIFA World Cup qualifiers; live casino tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live; thousands of certified slot titles from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Pocket Games Soft; and beloved local formats including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), bandar bola (football bookmaking markets), and sabung ayam (live cockfighting betting streams). tongwd is, by any measure, the most comprehensively Indonesian betting platform available in the English-language online gaming space.
Our mission at tongwd is straightforward: to deliver a secure, entertaining, and genuinely rewarding online gaming environment to every adult Indonesian player who chooses to bet with us. We pursue this mission by investing obsessively in three areas — platform technology, player protection, and payment infrastructure. Our engineering team runs a 99.9% uptime guarantee backed by redundant cloud architecture across multiple data centers. Our player protection framework exceeds the minimum requirements of our international gaming licence, incorporating real-time spending alerts, voluntary self-exclusion tools, and 24/7 access to responsible gaming resources. And our payment infrastructure connects directly to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja — because we believe that funding your account should take seconds, not minutes.
tongwd's values were articulated by our founding team and have remained unchanged through every phase of the company's growth. We believe in transparency — which means publishing bonus terms clearly, never burying conditions in fine print, and being honest about the legal context in which our Indonesian users operate. We believe in fairness — which means using only certified random number generators, working exclusively with studios that submit to third-party auditing, and offering odds that genuinely compete with the best operators in Asia. We believe in speed — because waiting three days for a withdrawal is simply unacceptable in an era of instant digital payments. And we believe in community — because Indonesian bettors are not anonymous transactions; they are football fans, slot enthusiasts, live casino regulars, and togel players who deserve to be treated with respect.
Looking ahead, tongwd is committed to continuous improvement. We are expanding our e-sports coverage to include all major Mobile Legends Bang Bang MPL Indonesia seasons, PUBG Mobile tournaments, and Free Fire championships — reflecting the enormous appetite for competitive gaming that exists among Indonesia's younger betting demographic. We are deepening our localisation efforts, bringing more Indonesian-language dealer options to our live casino studio and extending our customer support hours to cover every time zone across WIB, WITA, and WIT. And we are developing a loyalty programme that rewards our longest-standing members with meaningful benefits, not just cosmetic badges. tongwd has come a long way since its founding — but in our view, the most exciting chapters are still ahead.
We are proud to operate transparently, to hold ourselves to a high standard of responsible gaming, and to serve every one of our members — whether they deposit Rp 25.000 on a weekend football flutter or place high-volume professional wagers on Champions League nights — with the same level of professionalism and care. That commitment is what tongwd stands for, and it is what will define us for years to come. We are glad you found us, and we hope that what you discover here earns your lasting trust.

Every game on tongwd uses certified, independently audited RNG technology. Our odds on sports markets are set competitively to deliver genuine value. We do not manipulate results — ever. Fair play is the bedrock on which tongwd is built.
Instant deposits and sub-15-minute withdrawals are not aspirational targets at tongwd — they are operational standards. We have invested heavily in payment routing infrastructure to ensure that moving money in and out of your account is never a source of frustration.
256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, real-time fraud monitoring, and strict KYC protocols protect every tongwd account. Your funds and personal data are safeguarded to the highest industry standards.

tongwd is built around Indonesia. Local bank integrations, Indonesian-speaking support agents, BRI Liga 1 coverage, and culturally relevant promotions around Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) reflect our genuine commitment to the Indonesian market — not just as a revenue source, but as a community we are proud to serve.
In a crowded market, tongwd stands apart through genuine product depth, local expertise, and an unrelenting focus on player experience.

Our customer support team operates around the clock, 365 days a year — including Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Christmas. Every agent is a native Indonesian speaker, ensuring you never face a language barrier when you need help most.
tongwd holds a valid international gaming licence and undergoes regular independent audits of game fairness, RNG certification, and financial controls. Our SSL-encrypted platform meets the highest security standards in the industry.
We process the vast majority of withdrawal requests within 3 to 15 minutes. Funds land in your BCA, BRI, or e-wallet account faster than any other Indonesian-focused betting platform we are aware of — and we back that claim with our service guarantee.
tongwd's trading team monitors market movements globally to keep our odds sharp across BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and all major e-sports tournaments. Better odds mean more value in every bet you place.
