To facilitate deposits and withdrawals in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), tongwd shares necessary financial and identity data with payment processing partners including local bank networks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallet providers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). These partners receive only the data necessary to complete the specific transaction and are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
To comply with our age verification and anti-money laundering obligations, tongwd engages specialist third-party KYC service providers. These providers receive the identity and documentation data you submit and return a verification decision. All KYC partners are contractually bound by data protection obligations equivalent to those applied by tongwd itself.
Game studios and platform providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — may receive anonymised session and gameplay data for game performance monitoring, fairness certification, and technical support purposes. If any Personal Data we hold about you is inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, you have the right to request that we correct it without undue delay. Minor corrections (such as updating your contact email or phone number) can be made directly via your account settings without needing to submit a formal request.

The tongwd platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under the age of 21. Age verification is a mandatory step in the account registration process, and KYC documentation submitted by Members is reviewed to confirm compliance with this age restriction.
If tongwd becomes aware that a Member's account has been registered by a person under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all funds held in the account will be frozen pending review, and all Personal Data associated with the account will be deleted in accordance with our data retention procedures — except where retention is required for the purposes of the investigation itself.
