Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on the tongwd platform. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
These six points summarise the most important aspects of our Terms & Conditions. They do not replace the full legal text below.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use tongwd. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.
Each individual may hold only one active tongwd account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the confiscation of any balances therein.
All transactions on tongwd are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit is Rp 25.000. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and standard processing times of 3–15 minutes for most local bank and e-wallet channels.
All promotional bonuses offered by tongwd are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the stated requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
tongwd employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions. We do not store plaintext payment credentials. Your account and personal data are protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards.
tongwd operates under an international gaming licence. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which tongwd is licensed. Any disputes will be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism outlined in Clause 14 below.

Indonesia Market Notice: Online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia. tongwd operates under an international gaming licence and serves users who access the Platform in a personal capacity. By registering, you acknowledge that you understand the legal context applicable to your jurisdiction and accept full responsibility for compliance with any applicable local laws.
To access the full range of tongwd services, you must register a Member account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
Each individual may register and maintain only one active Account on the tongwd Platform. The operation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether registered under the same identity, different identities, or using shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. tongwd reserves the right to identify duplicate accounts through technical means, including device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, and payment method matching.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. tongwd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify tongwd support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. tongwd will not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
tongwd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion — including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or failure to complete the KYC verification process within the required timeframe. Where closure is due to a verified breach by the Member, any funds remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation.
tongwd is required to verify the identity and age of all Members prior to authorising withdrawal requests above a specified threshold, or at any time tongwd deems verification necessary. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
Documents must be submitted in clear, unaltered digital format. tongwd will process KYC submissions within 1–3 business days. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may have their withdrawal facilities suspended until verification is completed.
Important: Submitting fraudulent, falsified, or altered identity documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities. All funds in the account will be permanently confiscated in such cases.
tongwd accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following supported payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment channel and account verification level. Members who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher deposit limits. tongwd reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time and will notify affected Members via registered email.
Deposits made via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically credited to your tongwd account within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Deposits via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata) are credited within 1–10 minutes during normal banking hours (07:00–22:00 WIB). Deposits submitted outside of these hours may take longer due to interbank processing schedules.
You are solely responsible for entering the correct transfer amount and destination account details when making a deposit. tongwd cannot be held liable for funds lost due to incorrect transfer details entered by the Member. If you believe a deposit has not been credited correctly, contact our support team with your transaction receipt within 24 hours of the transaction.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited. tongwd reserves the right to freeze funds deposited from unverified or third-party sources and request proof of fund ownership.
Members may request withdrawals of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits depend on the Member's KYC verification tier and the payment channel selected. Members seeking to withdraw amounts above standard limits should contact tongwd support to arrange a staged withdrawal or request a limit review.
tongwd aims to process withdrawal requests within 3 to 15 minutes for verified accounts using local bank transfer or e-wallet channels during operational hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the commencement of the next operational period. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or if additional verification is required.
Note: Withdrawal fees are not charged by tongwd. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own interbank transfer fees. Please consult your payment provider for applicable charges.
tongwd offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback promotions, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. For example, a Bonus Fund of Rp 100.000 must be wagered a total of Rp 1.000.000 across qualifying games before withdrawal eligibility is established.
Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds expire 7 calendar days from the date of credit. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically. It is the Member's responsibility to monitor the expiry date of any active bonus via their account dashboard.
Not all games on the tongwd Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, slot games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute at a reduced rate of 10%. tongwd reserves the right to exclude specific games from bonus wagering contribution at any time.
Any Member found to be exploiting, misusing, or attempting to circumvent the conditions of tongwd's bonus programme — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value, or coordinated abuse across multiple accounts — will have their bonus voided, their account suspended, and any associated winnings confiscated. tongwd's determination on such matters is final.
Members may not hold more than one active bonus concurrently unless explicitly permitted by the terms of a specific promotion. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus at tongwd's discretion.
All wagers placed on the tongwd Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the product category under which they fall. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules prior to placing any wager.
Sports betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, and all other competitions offered — are governed by tongwd's Sports Betting Rules, which address event cancellation, void bets, in-play settlement, mix parlay (accumulator) rules, and voor bola (Asian handicap) market definitions. In the event of a discrepancy between odds displayed and the correct market odds, tongwd reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake.
All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual games — are governed by the individual game rules published by the respective game provider. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all certified games are available on request. tongwd does not modify, adjust, or intervene in the outcome of any certified casino game.
All togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) products on tongwd are governed by the draw schedule and payout structure published for each pool (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and others). Results are sourced from the official draw outputs of the respective pool operators. tongwd accepts no liability for delays or inaccuracies in result reporting caused by the source pool operator.
In the event of an internet disconnection during a live game or in-play betting session, the outcome of any game round that was in progress at the time of disconnection will be determined by the game server's recorded state. tongwd is not liable for losses attributable to connection failures on the Member's side.
tongwd is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all of its Members. We provide a suite of tools designed to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity. These include voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods of 24 hours to 6 weeks, and permanent self-exclusion for Members who wish to close their account indefinitely.
All responsible gaming tools are accessible directly from the Member's account dashboard and take effect immediately upon activation. tongwd will not reverse a self-exclusion request during the selected exclusion period under any circumstances.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tongwd Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content published on the tongwd Platform — including but not limited to the tongwd brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, game artwork, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of tongwd or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of tongwd.
Game content supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is used on the tongwd Platform under valid licensing agreements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tongwd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
tongwd's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in that Member's account at the time the claim arose. This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim, including contract, tort, or statutory right.
Risk Acknowledgement: Gambling involves financial risk. By placing a wager on tongwd, you accept that you may lose the entire amount staked. tongwd does not guarantee any winnings and accepts no responsibility for losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the Platform.
tongwd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. When material changes are made, tongwd will notify registered Members via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the tongwd Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change. In the event of a dispute regarding a wager settlement, account decision, bonus outcome, or any other matter relating to the tongwd Platform, Members must follow the procedure below:
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tongwd holds its international gaming licence. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Clause 14.1.
These Terms & Conditions are published in English, which is the controlling language for all legal purposes. Any translation provided for informational convenience does not have legal effect and shall not be relied upon in any dispute resolution proceeding.
